Inspiradoras palabras. En efecto, somos capaces de cambiar nuestra realidad si adecuamos las lentes a través de las que la miramos. No podremos cambiar las situaciones que no están en nuestra mano modificar, pero podremos ahorrarnos mucho sufrimiento por ese deseo de que no sean como son. Volver la vista hacia lo que poseemos en lugar de lo que nos falta nos convierte en dichosos al instante, aunque solo sea, tal como dices, por respirar. Gracias por este soplo de aire fresco para nuestras mentes.

Inspiring words. Indeed, we are able to change our reality if we adapt the lenses through which we look at it. We will not be able to change the situations that are not in our hand to modify, but we will be able to save ourselves a lot of suffering for that desire that they are not as they are. Turning our eyes to what we have instead of what we lack makes us happy instantly, even if it is only, as you say, to breathe. Thank you for this breath of fresh air for our minds.
