Lotus flower in the botanical garden of venezuela / Flor de loto en el jardín botánico de Venezuela #MONOMAD

We went with the family for a walk in the botanical garden of the Central University of Venezuela, this beautiful space was created in 1944 by the physician and botanist Dr. Tobias Lasser.

The garden has an extension of 70 hectares and is home to a great variety of botanical families from Central America, Africa, India and other regions.

The times I have had the opportunity to go there I never walked the entire garden, but this time we decided to explore other areas and it was interesting to see the amount of fauna that inhabits the large garden.

At the end of the tour we found a beautiful lake full of lotus flowers, some were a little dry and others half open. Here I leave you a little of the record of the photos and the lotus lake.

Fuimos en familia a dar un paseo en el jardín botánico de la Universidad Central de Venezuela, este bello espacio fue creado en el año 1944 por el médico y botánico Dr Tobías Lasser.

El jardín cuenta con una extensión de 70 hectáreas y en el viven una gran variedad de familias botánicas provenientes de Centroamérica, África, la india y otras regiones.

Las veces que he tenido la oportunidad de ir nunca la caminaba completo sin embargo en esta oportunidad decidimos explorar otros espacios y fue interesante la cantidad de fauna que habita el gran jardín.

Al final del recorrido nos encontramos un lago hermoso lleno de flores de loto, algunas estaban un poco secas y otras a medio abrir. Aquí les dejo un poco del registro de las fotos y el lago de lotos.
