Clearing the Officer's Club.

I ambushed the guards blocking the club entrance, executing a swift chain assassination to clear the path. Moving inside, I hid within a dressing room and used a whistle to lure another soldier to his demise. After a grueling, near-fatal duel with a highly trained assassin, I eliminated the final guard.

I knew I had to take down those guards at the entrance who had made it so difficult for me to get inside the club. I quietly approached their position, waiting for the perfect opening to strike.

I managed to take down one of them instantly, catching him completely off guard. Without wasting a single second, I went for a chain assassination, throwing a knife directly toward the next one.

I noticed a small, secluded area that looked perfect for an ambush. I decided to hide inside this dressing room, planning to lure that nearby soldier over to me. I settled into the shadows and prepared my trap.

I whistled softly from my hiding spot, and it worked like a charm; he heard the noise and came walking over to investigate, completely unaware that he was walking straight to his death. As soon as he got close enough, I struck from the darkness.

At that point, there were not a lot of enemies left in the area, but I knew I still needed to be careful. I kept low, moving cautiously through the corridors. I was just waiting for the perfect moment to take down three birds with one stone.
I planned to use my focus ability on them to eliminate the group simultaneously.

I waited until they clustered together, and I decided it was time for that. I activated the ability, striking with lethal precision. The move was perfectly executed, but unfortunately, one more of them managed to see it happen.

He reacted instantly, but I did not give him the chance to counter. I took him down quickly with a swift hidden blade strike.

Almost immediately after, another soldier, an elite one, came over to check the commotion. I managed to take one more of them down with a well-aimed throwing knife, dropping him before he could close the distance.

However, that elite soldier was actively looking for me, searching the area thoroughly. I tried to take him down by using a focus strike, but he was incredibly quick. He evaded even this advanced attack of mine, stepping back just in time.

He managed to land several severe strikes, and I almost died during the encounter. The battle pushed me to my absolute limits, and I was forced to use up all of my extra elixirs just to stay standing.
But at last, he was taken care of. It was a remarkably fierce fight against him, but my blade finally found its mark.

After catching my breath, I looked around and realized there was only one guard left, who I thought was the last one around this place. I crept up behind him, intending to assassinate him quietly.

I don't know why, but I didn't get the assassination prompt for him as I approached. Since stealth was no longer working, I just took him down with a direct melee brawl, overpowering him quickly until he collapsed.
Until next time, happy gaming.

I really thought the Focus ability was about to wipe out everyone without a problem. One survivor almost ruined the whole plan.
I wish.
It's really interesting to see the photos first and then watch the video. If you do it that way, watching the video feels like seeing behind-the-scenes footage of all the action.
The combat system seems to be staying relevant and evolving in the AC games, from what I can see. Haha, I should definitely get back to this franchise somehow at some point; I see that many people in the community are playing different AC games.
By the way, the process of eliminating the soldiers and the sequence are really cool!

Are you suggesting me to add videos after the photos?
And yeah, AC is getting back on its track from this game I guess. This one look like the perfect one after Black Flag. You really should get back into the franchise. I'm also deciding to try various installments after this one, that I ignored before, cause I'm keen to follow the concept line,
No, I'm not suggesting anything. The post is perfect. I just saw the photos first and then the video, and when I saw the video, it was like seeing the behind-the-scenes footage of the photos, that's what I meant. I really thought it was very good. Cheers.
That elite assassin definitely earned his title. He dodged attacks that normally worked every single time and almost ended the mission for you. But you did well there.
These elite ones are tougher than any boss I faced till now.
That chain assassination at the entrance was very clean. Taking down the first guard and then throwing a knife to kill the next one was perfectly planned.
I'm loving this feature.
