Morning Story from Leaves and Rain

On a quiet morning after a night of rain, two leaves shone quietly among the bushes, beginning to revive. The dew hadn't yet evaporated, and the sky was still gloomy but clear—as if it had just cried and now felt relieved.

Maroon in color with distinct veins, they held raindrops like tiny crystals. Each droplet softly reflected the morning light, creating a scene like a natural jewel. This leaf stood amidst a crowd of other green leaves, but it stood out most—graceful in its silence. As if saying, "Look, even though I'm not the biggest, I can capture the beauty of a sad sky."

Brown-green with gentle curves, it carried a deeper story. The raindrops clinging to it seemed reluctant to leave, like memories unwilling to be let go. Around it, small red flowers cheerfully greeted the morning, but this leaf remained calm, absorbing the last remaining raindrops as a secret gift from the sky.

Those drops were no ordinary drops. They are nature's silent messages: about the calm after the storm, about strength in tenderness, and about beauty in the small, often overlooked details. The leaves are silent, but they speak a language that can only be heard by a heart willing to pause and observe.

And so, in the stillness and coolness of the morning, the leaves become nature's canvas—on which the rain paints its most sincere charm.
