A Tuesday of New Purchases, Great Company, and Coastal Peace [🇬🇧ENG|SPA🇻🇪]
On Tuesday, I was running some quick errands in the city center. Riding my bicycle makes everything so much easier, as it allows me to move around from one place to another in just a matter of minutes. I was right about to walk into a store to buy a new mobile phone, since I had recently sold my previous one and was eager to get a fresh replacement.
Just as I was heading inside, I ran into one of my coworkers. He asked what I was up to, so I updated him on my news and my plans to purchase a new phone. My coworker was genuinely happy for me and decided to stay with me for a while during the purchase. After completing the transaction, we wrapped up our pleasant conversation discussing the specifications and features of the phone I chose, before wishing each other an excellent day.
However, upon returning home, I realized there was no electricity. Without hesitation, I packed water in my backpack, grabbed my helmet and sunglasses, hopped back on my bike, and headed toward Rancho Grande, specifically to Fabihelados and Mazork4, knowing that part of town had electrical power.
After riding across the city for about 25 minutes, I arrived at the establishment and greeted my colleagues with great joy, especially since Tuesday was my day off. I immediately ordered an Oreo FabiTeta, which is one of my favorite flavors, and sat down to set up my new phone while passing the time and chatting with everyone. After doing everything I had planned, about three and a half hours had passed, and it was time to make my way back home.
The ride back was undeniably a calming experience, allowing me to capture many beautiful photographs along the way. To top off the afternoon, I made a stop at the beach and found myself admiring a magnificent and special sunset. I was able to sit down and experience it in total peace, appreciating the view, the sea breeze, and watching a father playing with his young son on the shore in front of such a majestic moment.
I meditated on how happy that young father looked with his child, and on how wonderful life is when you have health, when your family lacks nothing, and when God is always present with His blessings. El día martes me encontraba haciendo unas pequeñas diligencias en el centro de la ciudad. Desplazarme en bicicleta me facilita mucho todo, ya que me permite ir de un lado a otro en cuestión de minutos. Estaba a punto de entrar a una tienda para comprar un nuevo teléfono celular, ya que había vendido el anterior y tenía planes de adquirir un equipo nuevo.
Justo antes de entrar, me encontré con uno de mis compañeros de trabajo. Me preguntó qué estaba haciendo, así que lo puse en contexto sobre mis planes de compra. Tras realizar todo lo que tenía previsto, habían pasado alrededor de tres horas y media y ya debía tomar mi camino de regreso.
Sin duda, el viaje de regreso fue una experiencia tranquilizante que me permitió capturar muchas imágenes a mitad del trayecto. Para finalizar, hice una parada en la playa y me encontré admirando un atardecer de lo más magnífico y especial. Pude sentarme a experimentarlo con profunda paz y calma, apreciando la vista, la brisa y también observando a un padre jugar con su hijo en la orilla frente a tan majestuoso momento.
Meditaba en lo feliz que se veía ese joven padre junto a su hijo y sobre lo maravillosa que es la vida cuando se tiene salud, cuando no falta nada a la familia y está Dios presente siempre bendiciendo.
