That's a pretty cool place. Most of the car washes in my area are just small places with with one to two guys working on the car. Yours even have a spray under the car. A regular car wash taking 3 hours is a bit much though, I would assume it was detailing work for that amount of time.

Ideally, it should have been within a hour, if managed well.
