Striving to Be Healthy

Faced with another cloudy day I start my walk, I'm going to do some shopping. It is the middle of the month and we have to stock up on food. This task is going to be a little slow, I have to check prices. After shopping I go back home and then go downtown. I like to walk around this square, I walk a few laps, to enjoy my relaxed activity, before the sun rises, as it is an open space I enjoy that fresh air, the urban landscape is very nice, plus I meet people who always want to engage in conversation, as it is near the Art Gallery, I am always aware of the events that take place or are scheduled for the month.

Esforzándome Para Estar Saludable

Ante un nuevo día un poco nublado inicio mi caminata, voy a realizar unas compras. Estamos a mitad del mes y tenemos que abastecernos de alimentos. Esta tarea va a ser un poco lenta, tengo que ver los precios. Luego de comprar vuelvo a casa para luego salir al centro. Me gusta caminar por esta plaza, doy algunas vueltas, para disfrutar mi actividad relajada, antes que asome el sol, como es un espacio abierto disfruto de ese aire fresco, el paisaje urbano es muy agradable, además que me encuentro con personas que siempre quieren entablar conversación, como está cerca la Galería de Arte, siempre estoy pendiente de los eventos que se realizan o están pautados para el mes.

Right now some sculptures by different artists are on display in its public corridors, highlighting abstract sculptures, made in bronze. Metal and human forms. And I noticed some movement that the Book Fair is about to begin. I like this exhibition very much, because in it one is enriched with readings in open spaces, and meets some famous book writers. Besides, you can always find books at low prices that I once wanted to have.

Ahora mismo están en exhibición algunas esculturas, de diferentes artistas en sus pasillos públicos, destacan esculturas abstractas, hechas en bronce. Metal y formas humanas. Y noté algún movimiento de que prontamente va a iniciar la Feria del libro. Esta exposición me gusta mucho, ya que en ella uno se enriquece con las lecturas en espacios abiertos, y conoce a algunos escritores de libros famosos. Además, siempre se encuentran libros abajo costos que en una época quise tenerlos.

If so, I look forward to the fair. While I take the opportunity to take these photos, some of them are unique pieces that are exhibited for the first time. For this reason I complement my daily activity by connecting with art and culture, taking advantage of urban spaces that generate wellness, health and recreation, which are part of the needs that people must have to have a social life, because they also feed our knowledge and spirit.

Si es así, espero con ansias la feria. Mientras aprovecho de tomar estas fotos, algunas son piezas únicas que están expuestas por primera vez. Por esta razón es que complemento mi actividad diaria conectándome con el arte y la cultura, aprovechando los espacios urbanos que nos generan bienestar, salud y recreación, que son parte de las necesidades que las personas deben tener para tener una vida social, porque también alimentan nuestro conocimiento y espíritu.
