Nice and blessed day for everyone, around here the summer day with good sun, in the afternoon night I refresh quite a lot, it felt somewhat cold, those temperature contrasts makes us refer a little.
Yesterday I went and walked back from work, the trees on the road protect you from the sun and it refreshes your walking, although there was not much air running.I also walked in the office, when I got home my granddaughter was having a fever and we walked to see the doctor, on the way back she took a delicious soup that I made for her.


Lindo y bendecido día para todos, por acá el dia de verano con buen sol,en la tarde noche refresco bastante , se sentia algo frío, esos contrastes de temperatura hace que nos referimos un poco.
Ayer fui y regresé caminando del trabajo, los árboles del camino te protegen del sol y te refresca el andar, aunque no corría mucho aire.En la oficina caminé también , cuando llegue a casa mi nieta estaba con fiebre y fuimos caminando a ver al doctor, de regreso tomó una deliciosa sopa que le preparé.
