When you say soup leaves, are you talking about culantro? 🤔
By the way, that space of land looks very good, the land looks very fertile to plant peppers, also for soup 😂

I definitely wish I know the name of this leaf. It actually a scent and a bit hurt when touches the skin. Is culantro that way?
