Hohenzollern Bridge, Koln GERMANY
Hello friends!
I welcome you to enjoy with me the beautiful Hohenzollern Bridge, Koln in Germany. It was an attraction one cannot miss when travelling in Koln or Cologne.
I was genuinely awed by the Hohenzollern Bridge which stretches over 400 metres. Already excited when I approached it, looking at it from the side.

Indeed, this impressive steel giant spans the Rhine with such majesty when we look out from it.
Come see the Rhine River with me!
But the view of the river isn't the main attraction, if you ask me.
It's these love locks! The remaining pictures hopefully gives you a feel of its intricacy and beauty.

Looking at the love locks gave me a special feeling. Each lock has a story, with names and dates showing love and promises. Some are new and shiny, while others are old, showing lasting love. Touching them, I feel connected to the moments when people locked them there. They remind us of love's power and make us think about our own love stories.

I was there in 2012, so these photos taken by me using my mobile phone depicts how the bridge looks like then.
