Last Day of the Month Wednesday - My Actifit Report Card: September 30th, 2026

Another wonderfully mild, beautiful morning. around 12 degrees today, with another quite lovely sunrise. I did my interval walking loop around the peninsula this morning, and that was enough for me because I still had quite a bit to do on the terrace now that the terrace floor is finally finished. As usual, I did my stretching exercises at home beforehand, and of course I enjoyed my breathing and meditation exercises outside on the banks of the Spree. I've brought you some atmospheric photos from this morning and a few shots I happened to capture of helicopters flying over the house.
Und wieder ein super milder, schöner Morgen, heute um die 12 Grad auch wieder mit ansehnlich hübschem Sonnenaufgang. Die Halbinselrunde im Intervall-Walking war heute Morgen dran und reichte mir auch, weil ich auf der Terrasse noch so einiges zu tun hatte, da der Terrassenboden ja nun endlich fertig ist. Dehn- und Stretchübungen hatte ich wie üblich wieder vorher zuhause, und Atem- und Meditationsübungen natürlich draußen am Ufer der Spree genossen. Stimmungsvolle Fotos vom Morgen und ein paar zufällig eingefangene Helikopter die übers Haus geflogen sind hab ich euch mitgebracht.
