Relaxed Sunny Sunday Tour - My Actifit Report Card: September 27th, 2026

Nice and mild with sunshine, around 10 degrees, perfect conditions for a leisurely bike ride north of Jungfernheide. For a change, I did just a short interval walk in Jungfernheide and then continued by bike on a relaxed exploration tour along the Spandau Shipping Canal and past the massive TXL construction site. In between, I stopped a few times for some breathing and meditation exercises by the water, while the family of five swans I already knew was pecking away at their breakfast on the other bank. Today I’ve brought you pictures of vast skies and old airport buildings, among other things, I got quite close to the engine test facility.
Schön mild und sonnig, um die 10 Grad, super Bedingungen für eine entspannte Radtour nördlich der Jungfernheide. Zur Abwechslung mal nur ein kurzer Intervall-Walk in der Jungfernheide und weiter mit dem Rad auf entspannter Erkundungstour entlang des Spandauer Schifffahrtskanals und vorbei an der Großbaustelle TXL. Zwischendrin habe ich schon auch mal angehalten für ein paar Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Wasser, während die mir schon bekannte 5köpfige Schwanenfamilie am anderen Ufer am Frühstücksgründeln war. Bilder habe ich euch heute von weiten Himmeln und alten Flughafengebäuden mitgebracht, unter anderem bin ich der Triebwerkstestanlage recht nah gekommen.
