A gray, slightly windy, but also quite warm morning with temperatures around 14 degrees. This morning I only had time for a quick “Three Bridges” loop doing interval walking, because after that I had to head off to a job. It was a conference setup with interesting 180-degree deflection optics to position the projectors extremely close to the screen. I did the usual stretching exercises, as well as breathing exercises and meditation, in a shortened version on the terrace of the treehouse. At work, I then hauled plenty of cases and took plenty of steps.

Ein grauer, leicht windiger, aber wieder auch recht warmer Morgen bei um die 14 Grad. Heute Morgen nur Zeit gehabt für eine schnelle Drei-Brücken-Runde im Intervall-Walking, denn danach ging’s ab auf einen Job. Ein Konferenzaufbau mit interessanten 180-Grad-Umlenkoptiken, um die Projektoren extrem nah an die Leinwand zu bauen. Die üblichen Dehn- und Stretchübungen und auch Atemübungen und Meditation habe ich in Kurzform auf der Terrasse im Baumhaus gemacht. Auf dem Job habe ich dann ausreichend Cases gestemmt und Schritte gemacht.
