The Heron on the Water and a Surprise Guest - My Actifit Report Card: August 7th, 2026

Finally, another pleasantly cool night and a warm, but not unnecessarily hot summer day. I took a leisurely stroll around Luiseninsel through the palace gardens, enjoying the peace and quiet, and, of course, as usual, did some breathing and meditation exercises on the shore by the old alder tree on the island. At the carp pond, a heron, seemingly standing right on the water, offered itself as today’s model. As a bonus, I also got a “lucky shot” of the beaver swimming by in the background.
Endlich wieder eine entspannt kühle Nacht und ein sommerlich warmer und nicht unnötig heisser Tag. Ich bin eine entspannte Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark gegangen und habe die Ruhe genossen und natürlich wie gewohnt am Ufer bei der alten Erle auf der Insel Atem- und Meditationsübungen gemacht. Am Karpfenteich bot sich dann ein quasi auf dem Wasser stehender Reiher als Model für heute an. Als Bonbon gab es dann auch noch einen „Lucky Shot“ mit dem Biber, der im Hintergrund vorbeischwamm.
