Bald Cypress Hutt and another Group of Four - My Actifit Report Card: July 29th, 2026

A very pleasant, mild morning with little wind. Today, it felt just right to take a long walk around Luiseninsel. Interval walking, breathing and meditation exercises, the whole routine, plus some additional “core energy exercises,” as I call them, by the two swamp cypresses, which you can walk into like a hut because their branches hang so densely all the way down to the ground. I’ve brought you some photos of the larger cypress, both from the outside and the inside, to marvel at. Plus, more attic figures today, the four from the western central section. Now all that’s missing are the ones directly in front of the clock tower.
Ein sehr angenehm milder Morgen ohne viel Wind. Die Luiseninselrund fühlte sich heute richtig an, sie ausgiebig zu gehen. Intervall-Walking, Atem- und Meditationsübungen, das ganze Programm mit zusätzlichen „Kernernergieübungen“, wie ich sie nenne, an den beiden Sumpfzypressen, in die man wie in eine Hütte hineingehen kann, da die Äste sehr dicht bis zum Boden reichen. Die grössere Zypresse habe ich euch von aussen und von innen zum Staunen mitgebracht. Dazu weitere Attikafiguren, heute die vier vom westlichen Mittelbau. Jetzt fehlen nur noch die direkt von der Mitte vor dem Uhrenturm.
