A fresh, pleasantly mild morning with little wind, just right for a long walk through the Tiergarten. I started off, of course, with interval walking. A short breather at the small lock weir to clear my head, and later a very relaxing breathing and meditation break at the Neuer See. A short but violent storm had recently knocked down a massive tree at the lock weir, which has since been cut up. I took a look at the remains today and brought them along for you to marvel at. On the way to the Neuer See, I came across this fluffy little guy at the boat rental, calmly munching away, he wasn’t bothered by my presence at all and let me take his picture.

Ein frischer, angenehm milder Morgen ohne viel Wind und genau richtig für eine ausgedehnte Runde durch den Tiergarten. Anfangs natürlich erstmal im Interval-Walking. Eine kurze Atempause am kleinen Schleusenwehr, um den Kopf frei zu rauschen, und später eine sehr entspannte Atem- und Meditationspause am Neuen See. Am Schleusenwehr hatte neulich ein kurzer, aber heftiger Sturm einen massiv großen Baum umgelegt, der mittlerweile zerlegt wurde. Die Reste habe ich mir heute angesehen und für euch zum bestaunen mitgebracht. Auf dem Weg zum Neuen See begegnete ich dann diesem seelenruhig knabbernden flauschigen Kumpel am Bootsverleih, der sich durch mich kein Stück stören und fotografieren ließ.
