A refreshingly breezy, but not cold, morning, as long as you keep moving. Today, I did the big Schleusenland loop again, including the palace gardens. At the start and every now and then, I did some interval walking. As usual, I took my breathing and meditation breaks in Schleusenland at the large lock weir and back by the hidden creek. A few fruits are slowly ripening, so I found some wild cherries and two or three blackberries and ate them right away as a snack. On the shore, the bees and bumblebees had already been hard at work; a mother swan was also out with her cygnets looking for breakfast, and the water lilies are starting to bloom. Of course, I captured a few of these moments for you and brought them back.

Ein erfrischend windiger, aber nicht kalter morgen solange man in Bewegung bleibt. Heute war mal wieder die grosse Schleusenlandrunde durch und hinter dem Schlosspark dran. Anfangs und immer mal wieder bin ich im Interval-Walking gegangen. Die Atem- und Meditationspausen wie üblich im Schleusenland am grossen Schleusenwehr und hinten am versteckten Bach. Die eine oder andere Frucht wird langsam reif und daher habe ich ein paar Wildkirschen und zwei drei Brombeeren gefunden und direkt als wegzehrung verspeist. Am Ufer waren die Bienen und Hummeln längst fleissig, eine Schwanenmama war mit ihren Küken auch auf der Suche nach Frühstück und die Seerosen fangen auch an zu blühen. Ein paar dieser Eindrücke hab ich euch natürlich eingefangen und mitgebracht.
