I’m slowly catching up on my sleep deficit. I felt like going for a morning walk today, so I took a relaxed stroll around Mierendorff Island. I started with interval walking and kept the rest of the walk very relaxed; I also took a break for breathing exercises and meditation. It wasn’t cold, but it was quite windy. The rain coming this afternoon and over the next few days was already in the air. Along the way, I came across a grasshopper chilling in the sun on a mullein plant and captured its curious gaze for you.
Mein Schlafdefizit ist langsam aufgeholt. Fühlte mich heute nach einem Morningwalk und bin eine entspannte Mierendorffinselrunde gegangen. Anfangs im Interval-Walking und den Rest sehr entspannt und auch eine Atem- und Meditationspause habe ich eingelegt. Es war nicht kalt, aber recht windig. Der kommende Regen heute Nachmittag und die nächsten Tage kündigten sich an. Unterwegs bin ich einem in der Sonne auf einer Königskerze chillenden Grashüpfer begegnet und habe seinen neugierigen Blick für euch eingefangen.
