Just a beautiful, mild, peaceful morning and a refreshing morning walk through the Tiergarten, past the usual little magical spots. Breathing exercises and meditation by the Neuer See, accompanied by the soothing sound of birdsong. Here are a few photos from the walk for you—without many words—that I think capture the mood well. And does the peaceful atmosphere come across when you look at them?
Einfach ein schöner, milder, ruhiger Morgen und ein erfrischender Morningwalk durch den Tiergarten, vorbei an den üblichen kleinen magischen Orten. Atmen und Meditation am Neuen See bei ebenfalls entspanntem Vogelkonzert. Für euch ein paar Fotos vom Weg, ohne viel Worte, die die Stimmung gut einfangen, finde ich. Und kommt die ruhige Stimmung beim Betrachten rüber?

Wenn ein Häschen einfach nur dasitzt, dann ist es definitiv ruhig. Und der Graureiher auch.
Weißt du, warum der Neuer See heißt? Künstlich angelegt? Oder war der plötzlich da? Kurioser Name für einen See.
Ja klar, weil neu angelegt, aber das is auch schon lange her. Kein sehr einfallsreicher Name. Wusste nur das der ganze Park samt Gewässern von nem Landschaftsgärtner künstlich gestaltet wurde. Musste die Fakten aber auch erstmal recherchieren. Alter Name war „Schafgraben“, Peter Joseph Lenné war der Gärtner.
Wahrscheinlich gab es einfach zu viele neue Seen, die alle Namen brauchten, und da wurde dann halt einer übersehen und in der deutschen Bürokratie dann halt vom Plan so abgenommen :-D Danke für die Info!
