This morning was damp after a rainy night, with temperatures around 10 degrees and a light breeze. I had taken down the sunshade last night so that all the plants in my treehouse could get a good soaking from the rain. I did interval walking along the Luiseninsel loop through the palace park and took quite a long time to recover from the days filled with technology and screens by doing breathing and meditation exercises on the shore near the old alder tree. At the bridge to the island, the honeysuckle is about to bloom, and snails are slithering around in the wet grass. I’ve brought both of these back for you to see.

Heute war ein feuchter Morgen nach durchregneter Nacht um die 10 Grad mit leichtem Wind. Ich hatte gestern Abend noch das Sonnensegel abgemacht, damit auch alle Pflanzen in meinem Baumhaus gut was vom Regen abbekommen. Ich bin die Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark im Intervall-Walking gegangen und habe mich recht ausgiebig bei Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Ufer bei der alten Erle von den Tagen mit viel Technik und Monitoren um mich herum erholt. An der Brücke zur Insel ist das Geißblatt kurz vor dem Aufblühen und im nassen Rasen schleichen die Schnecken umher. Beides habe ich euch zum Anschauen mitgebracht.
