It’s still wonderfully quiet in the city because of the holidays. Today I walked the Luiseninsel loop through the palace gardens, and it was pretty chilly, brrr. First I did some interval walking, and then I did some relaxing breathing exercises and meditation on the island by the shore near the old alder tree, which is slowly starting to unfurl its leaves despite the cold. It wasn’t windy, the sun was shining, and all in all, the walk was very refreshing and cleared my mind. I brought back a few hyacinths for you to look at.
Herrlich ruhig immer noch wegen der Ferien in der Stadt. Heute bin ich die Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark gegangen und es war ganz schön frostig, brrr. Erst Intervall-Walking und dann entspannte Atemübungen und Meditation auf der Insel am Ufer bei der alten Erle gemacht, die trotz Kälte auch langsam anfängt, ihre Blätter zu entfalten. Es war nicht windig, die Sonne schien und der Walk war alles in allem sehr erfrischend und klärend im Kopf. Zum Anschauen hab ich euch ein paar Hyazinthen mitgebracht.
