No Joke, Just Fog - My Actifit Report Card: April 1st, 2026

It was a cold morning, and I was feeling pretty under the weather with a cold. I just went for a slow, relaxing walk across a few bridges to get some exercise and fresh air, and then I picked up ingredients for a hearty chicken soup with vegetables, garlic, and ginger. I brought you this foggy view from my usual starting point. It’s kind of fitting, because that’s pretty much how my head feels today.
Der Morgen war kalt und ich gut angeschlagen von der Erkältung. Ich hab nur eine langsame und entspannende Brückenrunde um etwas Bewegung und frische Luft zu bekommmen und dann Zutaten für eine ordentliche Hühnersuppe mit Gemüse, Knoblauch und Ingwer besorgt. Den vernebelten Blick an meinem üblichen Startpunkt hab ich euch mitgebracht. Irgendwie passend, denn so ungefähr fühlt sichs in meinem Kopf heute an.
