Saturday ☀️ 14041

The second and final day of the technical dismantling of the show, but I had some time to spare for a short morning walk along the Spree using interval walking. I racked up quite a few steps again at the venue while collecting technical equipment and loading it up. The night was frosty once more, and the morning was cold and slightly windy, around 0 degrees. I managed to squeeze in a few short breathing exercises by the water and also cleared my head meditatively for a few minutes, very refreshing. The demolition of the second and final building of our heating plant at the River Spree, which isn’t a historic landmark, is also progressing, as you can see.

Zweiter und letzter Tag des technischen Abbaus der Show, aber mit Zeit vorneweg für einen kurzen Morningwalk an der Spree entlang im Intervall-Walking. In der Venue beim Einsammeln von technischem Material und dem Verladen wieder ordentlich Schritte gesammelt. Die Nacht war wieder frostig und der Morgen kalt und leicht windig, um die 0 Grad. Ein paar kurze Atemübungen am Wasser habe ich einlegen können und auch den Kopf habe ich meditativ für ein paar Minuten leer bekommen, sehr erfrischend. Der Abriss des zweiten und letzten, nicht denkmalgeschützten, Gebäudes von unserem Heizkraftwerk an der Spree schreitet auch voran, wie man sehen kann.
