A good morning for a Sunday bike ride to Jungfernheide Park. Fresh and cool, but not windy, making it very pleasant for cycling. I took a nice, relaxed long walk through the park, listened to the woodpeckers and other feathered friends singing their morning song, and let my gaze wander over the still partially frozen water on the island while I did breathing and meditation exercises. I rediscovered some interesting things in the park along the way and brought them back for you. Sculptures, neatly stacked stones, and a pile of interesting-looking wood, as a reminder of what wood is made of.
Ein guter Morgen für die sonntägliche Fahrradtour zum Jungfernheide Park. Frisch und kühl, aber nicht windig und damit sehr erträglich zum Fahrradfahren. Ich bin eine schöne, entspannte große Runde durch den Park gegangen, habe den Spechten und anderen gefiederten Freunden bei ihrem Morgenkonzert zugehört und auf der Insel den Blick übers immer noch zum Teil gefrorene Wasser schweifen lassen, während ich Atem- und Meditationsübungen machte. Einiges Interessantes habe ich unterwegs im Park wieder entdeckt und euch mitgebracht. Skulpturen, hübsch gestapelte Steine und einen Haufen interessant aussehendes Holz, zur Erinnerung, woraus Holz gemacht wird.
