Monday ☀️ 12268

A fresh Monday morning with equally fresh wind and temperatures below 5 degrees. Cool, but interval walking warms you up. Wonderful air and a clear sunrise accompanied me on my walk around Luiseninsel through the palace park, where I naturally did some breathing exercises on the shore again and sank into meditation for a few moments while a few ducks quacked wildly and perhaps even courted each other. I brought you the palace in all its splendor with the tower illuminated by the sunrise, the queen decorated for spring, and a quiet place to linger.

Ein frischer Montag morgen mit ebenso frischem Wind und die Temperatur unter 5 Grad. Kühl, aber mit Intervall-Walking wird einem schon warm. Herrliche Luft und ein klarer Sonnenaufgang begleiteten mich auf der Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark auf der ich natürlich auch wieder am Ufer Atemübungen machte und ein paar Momente in Meditation versank während ein paar Enten wild quakend rumtobten und vielleicht sogar balzten. Mitgebracht hab ich euch das Schloss in seiner ganzen Pracht mit dem vom Sonnenaufgang beleuchteten Turm und dazu die Frühlingshaft geschmückte Königin und einen ruhigen Ort zum verweilen.
