Saturday ☀️ 14783

Today, everything was suddenly different: 4 degrees, wind and rain, a difference of around 10 degrees from yesterday morning. And yes, all the winter white was almost completely gone. What a difference. But difficult weather – it's very easy to catch a cold in this weather if you're not careful. I did my Saturday interval walk around Mierendorff Island and did some short breathing and meditation exercises by the water at the usual spots along the way. Due to the very unpleasant, windy, and rainy weather, I wasn't in the mood for taking photos today, so I edited two photos from the last few snowy days and brought them with me.

Heute war plötzlich alles anders, 4 Grad, Wind und Regen, rund 10 Grad Unterschied zu gestern Morgen. Und ja, all das Winterweiss war fast komplett weg. Was für ein Unterschied. Aber schwieriges Wetter, man kann sich bei diesem Wetter sehr leicht erkälten, wenn man nicht vorsichtig ist. Ich bin die samstägliche Mierendorffinselrunde im Intervall-Walking gegangen und habe unterwegs an den üblichen Stellen kurze Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Wasser gemacht. Aufgrund des sehr ungemütlichen, windig und regnerischen Wetters kam ich heute nicht in Fotolaune und habe euch daher zwei Fotos von den letzten verschneiten Tagen bearbeitet und mitgebracht.
