Another frosty and dry -7 degrees this morning and another magnificent sunrise. Of course, I wrapped up warm again and did some interval walking around Luiseninsel through the palace gardens, including breathing and meditation exercises by the old alder tree. According to the weather forecasters, the frost will be over tomorrow and temperatures will rise rapidly. So today is probably the last chance to enjoy the winter atmosphere in the snow-covered palace gardens. I've brought you the sunrise and two beautiful details of Luiseninsel in special formats again today.

Und wieder frostige und trockene -7 grad heute Morgen und wieder ein grossartiger Sonnenaufgang. Ich habe mich natürlich wieder gut warm eingepackt und bin im Intervall-Walking die Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark gegangen, inklusive Atem- und Meditationsübungen an der alten Erle. Laut den Wetterfröschen soll es ja ab morgen vorbei sein mit dem Frost, die Temperaturen rapide steigen. Damit ist das dann heute wohl die letzte Chance das Wintergefühl im verschneiten Schlosspark zu geniessen. Den Sonnenaufgang und zwei schöne Details der Luiseninsel hab ich euch heute wieder in speziellen Formaten mitgebracht.
