Another frosty morning with temperatures around -4°C, but luckily dry again. Add a little wind and it feels twice as cold. I walked the Luiseninsel route through the palace park at an interval pace. Breathing exercises and meditation near the bust of the queen on the island by the still frozen water. I brought you back a picture of the decorated queen and a gray heron training ducks.
Und wieder ein ordentlich frostiger Morgen bei Minusgraden um die -4 und zum Glück auch wieder trocken. Dazu etwas Wind und es fühlt sich gleich doppelt so kalt an. Ich bin die Luiseninselroute durch den Schlosspark im Intervall-Walking gegangen. Atemübungen und Meditation in der Nähe der Büste der Königin auf der Insel am immer noch gefrorenen Wasser. Die geschmückte Königin und einen Graureiher beim Ententraining habe ich euch mitgebracht.
