Friday ☀️ 8097

Another frosty and windy morning around -3 degrees Celsius. At least it was dry, but incredibly slippery everywhere. I took a nice short walk through the empty and equally icy palace gardens and around Luiseninsel, and did breathing and meditation exercises on the icy shore of the island. Interval walking was not possible today because you have to be constantly careful not to slip. I wished the queen a good morning and took a look at the hollow tree that had been blown through by the wind. There was hardly anyone out and about so early, most likely because of the icy and slippery paths. Of course, I brought you a few impressions of the morning.

Ein weiterer frostiger und windiger Morgen um die -3grad. Wenigstens trocken, aber überall unglaublich glatt. Ich bin eine schöne kurze Runde durch den leeren und ebenso vereisten Schlosspark und um die Luiseninsel gegangen und habe Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Ufer auf der Insel gemacht. Interall-Walking war heute nicht möglich da man dauernd aufpassen muss nicht auszurutschen. Der Königin habe ich einen guten Morgen gewünscht und einen Blick in den hohlen Baum, der vom Wind durchgepustet wurde, geworfen. Es war kaum jemand so früh unterwegs und sehr wahrscheinlich auch wegen der allseits vereisten und dementsprechend glatten Wege. Ein paar Impressionen des Morgens hab ich euch natürlich mitgebracht.
