An uncomfortable and gray January morning, cold and damp and a little foggy. Today was the day to walk around Mierendorff Island, as usual on Saturdays. Of course, I did interval walking and breathing and meditation exercises at the usual spots on the northeastern corner of the island. It was dreary wherever you looked, but at the Wall of Fame I found a fresh piece, literally the splash of color of the day, because the day remained gray until the end. Enjoy the colors as I did on this gray but nevertheless refreshing morning.

Ein ungemütlicher und grauer Januarmorgen, kalt und feucht und ein ganz wenig nebelig. Heute war die Umrundung der Mierendorffinsel dran, wie üblich samstags. Natürlich im Intervall-Walking und mit Atem- und Meditationsübungen an den üblichen Uferstellen an der Nordostecke der Insel. Tristesse wohin man schaut, aber an der Wall of Fame fand ich ein frisches Piece, den Farbklecks des Tages im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, denn der Tag blieb grau bis zum Ende. Geniesst die Farben wie ich es tat an diesem grauen, aber trotzdem erfrischenden Morgen.
