Winter Landscapes in the Palace Gardens - My Actifit Report Card: January 6th, 2026

The city is still white and bright. The winter cold with its sub-zero temperatures is here to stay for the time being; this morning it was -7°C. The snow is still everywhere and is already partially frozen and quite slippery in places, so you have to walk carefully to avoid falling. I took a relaxed walk around Luiseninsel through the palace gardens and enjoyed my usual breathing and meditation exercises by the water on the island near the queen's bust. After collecting a few beautiful winter landscape motifs for you, I quickly headed back to the warmth and a hot coffee.
Die Stadt ist weiterhin weiss und hell. Die Winterkälte mit ihren Minusgraden bleibt uns vorläufig erhalten, heute Morgen waren es -7. Der Schnee liegt immernoch überall und ist schon teilweise vereist und ziemlich glatt hier und da, man muss vorsichtig laufen um nicht zu fallen. Ich bin eine entspannte Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark gegangen und auf der Insel bei der Königin habe ich die üblichen Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Wasser genossen. Nach dem Einsammeln von ein paar schönen Winterlandschaftsmotiven für euch gings dann schnell wieder Richtung Wärme und einem heissem Kaffee.
