Monday ☀️ 17069

A cold damp morning drifted in like a soft grey curtain, and I set off early through the dark toward the Luiseninsel loop in the palace gardens. I moved with steady interval walking, letting the rhythm feel like a quiet drumbeat under my feet. I did not rush. I paused by the decorated bust of the queen and the hollow tree packed with little treasures, both standing like characters in an old story I carried with me. On the island I stood by the water, breathing slowly as the surface trembled, and I let simple meditation feel like sweeping dust from a crowded room. I did not search for anything grand. I just stayed with the stillness. And I brought you a handful of snowberries to admire, small white beads that looked as if winter had whispered them into the world.

Ein feuchter kalter Morgen legte sich wie ein grauer Vorhang über den Weg, und ich machte mich früh im Dunkeln auf zur Luiseninselrunde im Schlosspark. Ich ging in ruhigem Intervalltempo, ein leiser Trommelschlag unter meinen Füssen. Ich hetzte nicht. Ich hielt an der geschmückten Büste der Königin und am bunt gefüllten hohlen Baum, beide wie Figuren aus einer alten Geschichte, die ich mit mir trug. Auf der Insel stand ich am Wasser, atmete langsam, während die Oberfläche zitterte, und ließ die Meditation wirken wie das Wegwischen von Staub aus einem überfüllten Raum. Ich suchte nichts Großes. Ich blieb einfach in der Stille. Und ich hab euch eine Handvoll Schneebeeren zum Bestaunen mitgebracht, kleine weiße Perlen, als hätte der Winter sie leise in die Welt gehaucht.
