The morning felt like a whisper from winter itself, cold, windy, yet perfectly dry. I took a deep breath of the crisp autumn air, the kind that cleared my head and made the world feel sharper. My bike ride to Volkspark Jungfernheide was long overdue, so I set out, the wheels humming like a quiet promise. Inside the earthy scent of the park, I switched to interval walking, letting the rhythm of my steps blend with the rustle of fallen leaves. On the island in the lake, I slowed down for breathing and meditation exercises, watching my thoughts drift away like ripples on the surface. And I didn’t return empty-handed, I brought back a few mysterious, exotic sculptures that seemed to hold stories from faraway places.
Der Morgen fühlte sich an wie ein Flüstern des Winters, kalt, windig, aber trocken. Ich atmete die klare Herbstluft tief ein, die meinen Kopf klärte und alles schärfer wirken ließ. Meine Fahrradtour zum Volkspark Jungfernheide war längst überfällig, also machte ich mich auf den Weg, die Räder summten wie ein leises Versprechen. Im erdig duftenden Park wechselte ich zum Intervall-Walking, ließ den Rhythmus meiner Schritte mit dem Rascheln der Blätter verschmelzen. Auf der Insel am Wasser hielt ich inne für Atem- und Meditationsübungen, sah zu, wie meine Gedanken davonzogen wie Wellen auf der Oberfläche. Und ich kam nicht mit leeren Händen zurück, ich brachte ein paar geheimnisvolle, exotische Skulpturen mit, die Geschichten aus fernen Welten in sich zu tragen schienen.
