Wednesday ☀️ 14264

The morning felt mild, the kind that quietly promised a fresh start before the city stirred. For a change, I took the longer peninsula route, just me, the rhythm of interval walking, and the whisper of water on the side. The path wound along the canal and the Spree, each bend catching the light like brushed copper. Suddenly, a swan lifted off the surface, wings slicing the silence with startling strength. I had no chance for a photo, it happened too fast, but I carried the image with me, as vivid as the sunrise that painted the sky in gold and fire. And yes, I brought you that epic dawn and a moody shot of my starting point instead.

Der Morgen war mild, einer von denen, die leise einen Neubeginn versprachen, bevor die Stadt erwachte. Zur Abwechslung nahm ich die längere Halbinselrunde, nur ich, das gleichmäßige Intervallgehen und das leise Flüstern des Wassers. Der Weg führte entlang von Kanal und Spree, das Licht spielte wie gebürstetes Kupfer. Plötzlich startete ein Schwan, durchbrach die Stille mit kraftvollem Flügelschlag. Kein Foto möglich, es ging zu schnell, doch das Bild blieb, so klar wie der goldene Sonnenaufgang. Und ja, den epischen Morgen und ein stimmungsvolles Bild meines Startpunkts habe ich euch mitgebracht.
