The crisp autumn morning wrapped me in a chill of about ten degrees as I started my fourth job day, the first of three show days. The walk along the Landwehr Canal felt calm, like the city had taken a deep breath before the day began. The water mirrored the copper and gold of the trees, and I couldn’t resist stopping to take it all in. I collected the colors of autumn for you, not in a bag, but in pictures, rust-red leaves, golden light, and that quiet promise that even endings can be beautiful.
Der frische Herbstmorgen um die zehn Grad hüllte mich ein, als ich am vierten Jobtag, dem ersten von drei Showtagen, losging. Der Walk am Landwehrkanal entlang war ruhig, als hätte die Stadt selbst kurz den Atem angehalten. Das Wasser spiegelte das Kupfer und Gold der Bäume, und ich blieb stehen, um den Moment zu spüren. Ich sammelte für euch die Farben des Herbstes ein, nicht in einer Tasche, sondern in Bildern, rostrote Blätter, goldenes Licht und dieses stille Versprechen, dass auch Abschiede schön sein können.
