The morning felt fresh and full of promise, like crisp paper waiting for ink. I walked the fast peninsula route in intervals before the workday began, and the world seemed quiet and clear. There was no crowd, no chaos, just a short breathing and meditation break by the water. I noticed the small details that made the silence sing: a handful of busy bees and humming bumblebees buzzing around tall mullein, each one carrying the rhythm of the season. I did not rush, I did not worry; I simply carried that calm with me, a reminder that even fleeting moments can shape the whole day.

Der Morgen fühlte sich frisch und voller Versprechen an, wie unbeschriebenes Papier, das auf Tinte wartete. Ich war in intervallen die schnelle Halbinselroute gegangen, bevor der Arbeitstag begann, und die Welt wirkte still und klar. Keine Menschenmengen, kein Chaos, nur eine kurze Atem- und Meditationsübung am Wasser. Ich bemerkte die kleinen Details, die die Stille zum Klingen brachten: ein paar fleißige Bienen und brummende Hummeln an hohen Königskerzen, jede im Rhythmus der Jahreszeit. Ich hetzte nicht, ich sorgte mich nicht; ich nahm einfach diese Ruhe mit, als Erinnerung daran, dass selbst flüchtige Momente den ganzen Tag prägen können.
