A fresh September morning felt like a gift waiting to be unwrapped. I took my short three-bridge loop and turned it into a stage for interval walking, pushing and pausing like a rhythm that refused routine. It was not just exercise, it was energy stitched into the start of the day before work began. On the way to the venue and back, I gathered good steps, each one sounding like a steady drumbeat on the pavement. What I carried home to share with you was not only movement but also two variations of a postcard image of the Potsdamer Platz, with the famous memorial in the foreground and on an industry style sunrise.

Ein frischer Septembermorgen fühlte sich wie ein Geschenk an, das darauf wartete, ausgepackt zu werden. Ich machte meine kurze Drei-Brücken-Runde und verwandelte sie in eine Etappe für Intervall-Walking, ein Wechselspiel aus Schub und Pause, das sich der Routine entzog. Es war nicht bloß Bewegung, sondern Energie, die den Tag vor Arbeitsbeginn durchzog. Auf dem Weg zur Venue und zurück sammelte ich gute Schritte, jeder klang wie ein gleichmäßiger Trommelschlag auf dem Asphalt. Mitgebracht hab ich euch nicht nur die Bewegung, sondern auch zwei Variationen Postkartenbild vom Potsdamer Platz, mit dem berühmten Mahnmal im Vordergrund und dazu den Sonnenaufgang im Industriestil.
