Saturday ☀️ 14904

The morning air felt fresh yet still sticky, like a damp curtain draped across the park. I walked the Luiseninsel path and paused by the queen’s decorated bust, its flowers bright against the metal. Not far away, the hollow tree stuffed with colorful trinkets stood like a treasure chest left open. I stopped at the water for breathing and meditation, letting the stillness settle before I picked up my pace with interval walking. What I carried back was a story: pigeons gathered like old friends swapping secrets, a sheep grazing lazily as if time did not exist, and the queen’s silent gaze watching over it all.

Die Morgenluft wirkte frisch und doch schwül, wie ein feuchter Vorhang über dem Park. Ich ging die Luiseninselrunde und hielt an der geschmückten Büste der Königin, deren Blumen hell am Metall leuchteten. Ganz in der Nähe steht der hohle Baum, prall gefüllt wie eine offene Schatzkiste. Am Wasser machte ich Atem- und Meditationsübungen, bevor ich mit Intervall-Walking wieder Schwung aufnahm. Mitgebracht habe ich eine kleine Geschichte: Tauben, die wie alte Freunde Geheimnisse tauschten, ein Schaf, das träge weidete, als gäbe es keine Zeit, und der stille Blick der Königin, der über allem wachte.
