The morning air felt heavy and sticky, the kind of heat that clung to skin like a stubborn shadow. I skipped my morning walk, knowing the swelter would steal my strength before the day even began. Instead, I saved my steps for the last show sessions and the tear down, where I once again walked a lot through the vast venue. Each corner carried echoes of past events, and every hallway hummed with hidden history. The impressions piled up like postcards, from the bustling backstage buzz to the broad expanse of Tempelhof Airport, a place that seemed to breathe stories with every brick. I felt both drained and dazzled, not missing what I had skipped, but grateful for the ground I had covered.

The moment just after the Show and shortly before all hell broke loose with the tear down of everything.

Die Morgenluft war schwer und schwül, eine Hitze, die wie ein hartnäckiger Schatten an der Haut haftete. Ich ließ meinen Morgenspaziergang aus, weil ich wusste, dass die Schwüle mir schon vor Tagesbeginn die Kraft genommen hätte. Stattdessen sparte ich meine Schritte für die letzten Showsessions und den Abbau, wobei ich erneut viel durch den grossen Hangar lief. Jede Ecke trug Echos vergangener Ereignisse, und jeder Gang summte von verborgener Geschichte. Die Eindrücke stapelten sich wie Postkarten, vom geschäftigen Backstage-Trubel bis zur weiten Fläche des Flughafens Tempelhof, ein Ort, der mit jedem Ziegel Geschichten zu atmen schien. Ich fühlte mich zugleich erschöpft und erfüllt, nicht vermissend, was ich ausgelassen hatte, sondern dankbar für den Weg, den ich gegangen war.
