Monday ☀️ 14529

The morning felt fresh yet mild, like a quiet stage before the day’s play began. I walked the Schleusenland route, passing through the palace gardens where history still whispered in the stones. My steps shifted into steady bursts of interval walking, each round like a rhythm that kept me grounded. By the hidden brook, I practiced breathing and meditation, the water murmuring like a whispered secret. From the path, I carried only a tiny white flower and its silent guest. In the brook, a flash of gold winked at me like a buried treasure, though I had no clue what it truly was and no way to reach it without soaking my feet.

Der Morgen fühlte sich frisch und doch mild an, wie eine stille Bühne vor dem Beginn des Tages. Ich nahm heute die große Schleusenlandroute, durch den Schlosspark, wo die Geschichte noch in den Steinen flüsterte. Meine Schritte wurden zu kräftigen Runden Intervall-Walking, jeder Takt hielt mich geerdet. An dem versteckten Bach machte ich Atemübungen und etwas Meditation, das Wasser murmelte wie ein geflüstertes Geheimnis. Vom Weg brachte ich euch nur eine kleine weiße Blume samt Gast mit. Im Bach blinkte mir aber noch ein goldener Fund entgegen wie ein vergrabener Schatz, doch ich hatte keine Ahnung, was es wirklich war und keine Chance, ohne nasse Füße heranzukommen.
