The morning felt mild and mellow, the kind of start that made me slow down instead of rush. I walked the small Luiseninsel loop in the palace gardens, where even the statues seemed to tell stories. I didn't feel like much else today, because I didn't get much sleep last night. The still decorated bust of the queen stood quietly among the trees, and nearby the hollow tree was mostly unchanged with it’s colorful things inside like a secret chest. My walk mixed moments of steady interval pace with stretches of relaxed strolling, more rhythm than race. On the island I paused by the water for breathing and meditation exercises, the surface still as glass. I carried back photos of a mushroom named prince for you to see, and a strangely surreal photo that looked a bit like a starry night sky but was nothing more than the reflection i saw in the water.

Der Morgen war mild und sanft, ein Beginn, der mich eher innehalten ließ als hasten. Ich machte den kleinen Luiseninselrundenwalk durch den Schlosspark heute, wo selbst die Statuen Geschichten erzählten. Nach viel mehr war mir heute nicht nach eher wenig Schlaf letzte Nacht. Die immernoch geschmückte Büste der Königin stand still zwischen den Bäumen, und der hohle Baum war wenig verändert immernoch bunt gefüllt wie eine geheime Schatzkiste. Mein Morningwalk verband kurze Intervalle mit entspanntem Schlendern, mehr Rhythmus als Rennen. Auf der Insel hielt ich am Wasser inne für Atem- und Meditationsübungen, die Oberfläche lag spiegelglatt. Mitgebracht habe ich euch Fotos von einem Pilz namens Prinz und ein seltsam surreales Foto, das wie eine Sternennacht wirkte und doch nur eine Spiegelung war die ich im Wasser sah.
