Tuesday ☀️ 10739

The morning felt mild and soft. I followed my usual Tiergarten route, moving in steady intervals of walking that kept my rhythm alive. At the Neuer See, I paused for breathing and meditation exercises, letting calmness settle like dust after a storm. Yet not all impressions carried ease. Tree workers still cleared the wreckage of the last two storms, their saws sounding like stubborn reminders of nature’s fury. I shook my head at the sight of discarded furniture blocking the sidewalk, proof that some ignorant people just don’t care for public spaces. And in the middle of it all, a tiny adventurer had lost his cap, a small story stitched into the street.

Der Morgen fühlte sich mild und weich an. Ich ging meine übliche Route durch den Tiergarten und hielt mich mit Intervall-Walking in Bewegung. Am Neuen See hielt ich inne für Atem- und Meditationsübungen, während sich die Ruhe wie Staub nach einem Sturm legte. Doch nicht alle Eindrücke waren angenehm. Baumarbeiter beseitigten immer noch die Schäden der letzten beiden Stürme, ihre Sägen klangen wie trotzige Erinnerungen an die Wucht der Natur. Kopfschüttelnd sah ich, wie alte Möbel mitten auf dem Gehweg lagen, ein Zeichen von ignoranz und fehlender Rücksicht. Und mittendrin hatte ein kleiner Abenteurer seine Mütze verloren, eine kleine Geschichte im Straßenbild.
