Monday ☀️ 5039

The morning felt fresh but not cold, carrying the scent of last night’s rain. I only had one dry hour tucked between showers to walk the short three-bridge loop. It was Monday, and I heard it in the distant hum of traffic, though the usual roar was muted by the quiet lull of school holidays. No morning for photos, just wet streets and empty paths. Therefore I brought a few shots from the weekend instead, a smiling cyclops tree and interesting and artful wooden structures with a pinch of the unusual.

Der Morgen fühlte sich frisch, aber nicht kalt an und trug den Duft des nächtlichen Regens. Ich hatte nur eine trockene Stunde zwischen den Schauern, um die kurze Drei-Brücken-Runde zu gehen. Es war Montag, und ich hörte es im fernen Summen des Verkehrs, obwohl das übliche Dröhnen durch die Ferien gedämpft war. Kein Morgen für Fotos, nur nasse Straßen und leere Wege. Deshalb habe ich euch ein paar Schüsse vom Wochenende mitgebracht, einen lächelnden „Zyklopenbaum“ und interessante und kunstvolle hölzerne Strukturen mit einer Prise ungewöhlichem.
