The morning was a muggy monster, heat hanging heavy in the air like a thick wool blanket. I dragged myself out despite the nasty humidity because the Mierendorffinsel loop was calling again. The sun scorched the sidewalk, sweat stuck to my skin like syrup, but I kept going. Along the way, I snacked on some wild blackberries again, warm from the sun and sweet like a secret. In the shade by the water, I paused, let my breath catch up, and settled into a short, quiet meditation. It wasn’t about perfection, just a pause from the heat. After that, I hopped on my bike and rolled to the weekly market and grabbed a few essentials. Today, I brought you a bold beauty: a wall-sized, no-nonsense graffiti straight from the Wall of Fame, all color, chaos, and character.

Der Morgen war ein drückendes Ding, die Hitze hing in der Luft wie ein schwerer, feuchter Wollmantel. Trotzdem hab ich mich rausgequält, denn die Mierendorffinselrunde stand mal wieder an. Die Sonne brannte schon erbarmungslos, der Schweiß klebte wie Sirup, aber ich zog’s durch. Unterwegs hab ich ein paar sonnenwarme Brombeeren gefrühstückt, süß wie ein kleines Geheimnis. Im Schatten am Wasser atmete ich durch, ließ die Gedanken treiben und meditierte kurz. Nicht perfekt, aber befreiend. Danach schwang ich mich aufs Fahrrad, ab zum Wochenmarkt, ein paar Besorgungen gemacht. Ein amtliches, wandfüllendes Graffiti von der Wall of Fame hab ich euch heute mitgebracht, knallig, chaotisch, charakterstark.
