Monday ☀️ 10071

The morning air carried a crispness that curled around my collar like a quiet reminder that summer hadn’t quite conquered the day. A subtle slip in temperature teased the skin, and a faint drizzle turned the pavement into a shimmering stage. Still, I set out for a short but soul-settling stroll through the Schlosspark. My path wound past the Luiseninsel, where the world seemed to whisper rather than shout. By the water, I paused for breathwork and meditation, side by side with a grey heron scanning the shoreline for its breakfast. Just beyond, the swan couple slept, heads tucked like secrets beneath wings. As I walked by, they stirred slowly, their gentle rise into wakefulness felt like Monday made visible. The mood matched the moment, mellow, muted, yet full of promise. That sleepy scene stayed with me and i caught it for you to enjoy also. I began my week not rushed, not rattled, but refreshed.

Der Morgen war kühl, die Luft ein Hauch von Herbst mitten im Mai. Ein leichter Temperatureinbruch, dazu feuchter Nieselregen, der die Wege glänzen ließ. Trotzdem machte ich mich auf zu einem kurzen, aber wohltuenden Morningwalk durch den Schlosspark, rund um die Luiseninsel. Die Welt wirkte leise, fast verträumt. Am Wasser hielt ich inne für Atemübungen und Meditation, neben mir ein Graureiher, der aufmerksam das Ufer nach seinem Frühstück absuchte. Nicht weit davon schlief das Schwanenpaar, die Köpfe wie Geheimnisse unter den Flügeln verborgen. Als ich vorbeikam, regten sie sich langsam, ihre verschlafene Aufwachstimmung passte perfekt zu diesem Montag. Irgendwie war alles ruhig, weich, unaufgeregt und doch voller Versprechen. Genau dieses Gefühl habe ich mitgenommen und ich hab es euch auch in Form von Bildern mitgebracht. Ich bin erfrischt in die Woche gestartet.
