Thicky, Sticky & Humidity going on a Walk

@onemoretea just finished a 25.03km walk, that lasted for 226 minutes.
This walk helped onemoretea burn 3044.3 calories.

Description from Strava: It felt like stepping into a steam bath when I set out this morning, the air heavy after another rainy night. The Mierendorffinsel loop was on the plan, and interval walking turned into a test of patience under one hundred percent humidity. I did not push too hard and instead embraced longer breaks, letting the still water mirror my breathing during short meditation exercises. The mist hung low like a thin curtain, softening the city’s edges and turning every view into a fleeting painting. With no breeze to bring relief, each step felt slower but somehow more mindful, as if the damp air itself demanded attention. I carried back not sweat-stained miles but a handful of hazy impressions, the kind you remember more for their mood than their measure.
