After a long while due to some technical challenges that I couldn't rectify on time, I'm happy to be here again with my lovely designs.

Want to seize this opportunity to thank @gloriaolar and @smilestitches for always reaching out to ask why I haven't been posting and their contributions bringing me back here, I really appreciate and miss this family.

I'm glad to share with you one among my creative designs I made over the weeks. It's a lovely kaftan I made for my friend.

As usual I will be sharing with you how I made this simple and matured outfit.

MATERIALS USED

  • Fabric (cashmere)
  • Hair stay
  • Paper stay
  • Thread
  • Collar stay

CUTTING PROCESS

Cutting the front, I folded the material taking consideration of the chest measurement, and do the same to the back, then you cut the sleeve.

After that I created my design I wanted to add to the frond and I started sewing.

SEWING PROCESS

I stated my sewing folding the allowances added to the Lengths, placed my design on the front, then I joined the shoulders and tape the neck.

After that, I fixed the collar, the sleeve to the arm home and I closed the body and also fixed the sleeve curve.

It's good that both of them reached you by knowing how you have been doing, that's the benefit of being a Hiver. The line on the material gave it a unique pattern.
