One hour of sleep is really a lot as I can attest to
I prefer longer nights and shorter days
But till then, an afternoon siester won’t be bad for a make up of work will allow
Always sleep on time. Before going to sleep, always pray to god properly and then take a good sleep. You will not even realise the time.
The last time I saw a clock like this was at my grandma's house. Very nice. Rehived.
Unfortunately this is just a cheap imitation, made in China. But at least working well.
