Although I am working on my posting consistency, I often find myself lax in maintaining a daily cadence despite my best efforts. However I do enjoy putting a few thoughts to paper especially now that I use voice typing to make it go quicker. Despite the fact that voice transcription on Google Documents is not perfect, it is still faster than my feeble pecking at a keyboard. I took typing class in high school way back in the '80s and hated it. If I had only known how important computers would have become in our daily lives, I probably would have taken the typing class a little bit more seriously than I did.

A while back in South Carolina while on vacation I walked past this tree and noticed the Moon and was immediately struck by the happenstance resemblance of the scene to that of the South Carolina state flag lol. So this is my feeble attempt to replicate the South Carolina state flag where typically a moon is shown to the left of a palmetto tree.

So as it happens that I missed Monochrome Monday, I figured I would combine both Monochrome Monday and Tree Tuesday into a composite post with a ribbon tying it all together and posting it into the color/ black and white tag! I mean that's like killing three birds with one stone, am I right???

I do like these, a lot ... it is wonderful to see the subtle tone differences between color scenes that are mellow in hue, and the silver satin gloss on the same scenes in black and white...

All of the photos are interesting, but I like that 3rd one so much with the tree, flowering bushes and especially the moon. For some reason I am always attracted to photos or art that include the moon.
