Monomad challenge - hiking

I'm participating in the #monomad challenge with this post.

Title: Hiking

We spent the weekend in the hilly area just before the new year. By going on a nature walk, we took advantage of the lovely weather. We spent the entire day hiking to the source of the Grza River. After parking in the hotel parking area, we began the trip from the foothills, where we were met by the sun's rays peeping through the trees.

A large number of sporting venues and lodging options are located at the mountain's base, which is designated for tourism and recreation.

We concluded from the large number of excavators that something is constantly being done and built in the area. For clearing forest roads, this veteran is most likely irreplaceable.

All the way to the source of the river along the road there is a large number of buildings, both for housing and for rent.

Somewhere around the halfway point, I came across my dream house.

And then almost at the end of the road I came across another one.

There are a number of smaller waterfalls close to this property, where we stopped for a moment to relax and take in the sound of the mountain river.

The true adventure starts from this point on along well-kept forest paths. Unfortunately, the pleasure has to wait for another occasion, probably in the spring, due to exhaustion and knee pain.
